Background

Welcome to Her Code Inc (formerly Her Code LLC), where we ignite the passion for STEM education in children through engaging and interactive coding experiences! Founded with the mission to empower young minds, we specialize in teaching web development to kids aged 8-12 using a fun, module-based format that makes learning coding accessible and enjoyable.

Our journey began in June 2022 with our first coding workshop, where we introduced children to the exciting world of programming. Since then, we have expanded our reach and impact through various collaborations and innovative teaching methods. From September 2022 to March 2023, we proudly partnered with Girls Inc. of Bay County, providing girls with the tools and confidence to excel in technology.

In the fall of 2023, we took our workshops to Dekalb County schools in Georgia, bringing hands-on coding experiences directly to students. In Spring 2024,  we collaborated with the Boys and Girls Club of the Emerald Coast, furthering our commitment to making STEM education accessible to all children.

As part of our continuous improvement, we redesigned our teaching methods in Fall 2024 to include a game-based approach, making learning even more engaging and effective. This innovative strategy allows children to learn coding concepts through play, fostering creativity and problem-solving skills.

In Summer 2025, we launched our first summer camp, which featured coding along with other educational topics such as math, reading, and science. With multiple workshops and camps scheduled for Fall 2025, we are dedicated to expanding our offerings and inspiring the next generation of tech leaders.
